Thank you for booking your float with us! We’re excited to embark on this journey with you to a better, stronger you.
If this is your first float with us, please show up at least 15 minutes early for check-in and a quick introduction to floating. Please plan ahead for traffic and parking. Also, feel free to check out our website for some great floating tips here.
Please note, if you have recently dyed your hair in the last 2 weeks, or gotten a tattoo in the last 4 weeks, we ask that you please call us to reschedule. Hair dye and ink can damage our equipment, and the salty water could possibly mess up your awesome new look.
If you cannot make your appointment, please reschedule no less than 24 hours before the appointment time by calling us at 1-866-356-2888.
Here are a few tips to ensure you get the best float experience possible:
- Do not shave or wax 24 hours before you float.
- Eat your last big meal 3-4 hours before your appointment, or a light snack 60-90 minutes prior.
- Avoid caffeine 2-3 hours before your float.
- If this is your first float with us, aim to arrive 10-15 minutes early for parking and check-in.

FEES AND PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment:
– American Express
You may be required to purchase or pay a fee to access some of our services. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We bill you through an online billing account for purchases made via the Site. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.
You agree to pay all charges or fees at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon making your purchase. If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you notify us of your cancellation.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site.
All memberships are monthly recurring subscriptions. You can cancel your Paid Services at any time. If you purchase a subscription to Paid Services that automatically renew, you may cancel the subscription any time at least three before the end of the current billing period and the cancellation will take effect on the next billing period, except as otherwise communicated to you by Float Rubicon. You will retain access to the Paid Service from the time you cancel until the start of the next billing period, and will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in your current billing period. Subscription fees paid are final and nonrefundable, unless otherwise determined by the Rubicon. If Rubicon reasonably determines that a user has violated these Paid Services Terms, Rubicon may immediately terminate the subscription and the user’s access to Paid Services without notice and without refund. - All memberships are recurring subscriptions. You will be charged on the same say day every month.
- When a membership is activated there is a two-month minimum commitment before you can cancel.
- You may pause your membership for up to six months. You may not pause your membership during the first two months.
- Membership will continue to be active until we receive notice that you no longer want to renew your membership.
- You must give notice that you wish to cancel your membership three days before your next billing cycle or you will be charged for an additional month.
- Your membership will stay active for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
- If you have unused floats on your account, the credits will stay active for three months and then expire.
Rubicon Float Studio is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another customer from being able to book in that time slot. To ensure fairness to all parties, we require no less than 24 hours notice for any canceled appointments. If cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge a $25 fee for the appointment. In the event of a missed appointment with no notice given (a “no call no show” cancellation), we reserve the right to charge for the full value of the appointment.
From time to time we may need to increase the price of membership. We will give you at least 1 full months’ notice of any incoming price increase and will make it very clear when the price increase will take effect and how much your membership will cost after the increase. During this period, you will have your usual right to terminate your membership in accordance with the membership terms and conditions and rules. If you do not terminate the membership by the date given to you in the notice, then the price of your membership will be increased in accordance with our notice.
ELIGIBILITY, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Membership is not an automatic right, it is a benefit for community members who follow our reasonable rules and treat other community members well. We hope that you will be with us for a long time. But we may, using reasonable discretion, decide if your use of Rubicon Float Studio complies with these terms. We can suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason (acting reasonably of course) for any of the following reasons:
- If you breach these terms;
- If you act in a way that does not align with the values of our community; or
- If you act in a way that could cause us or members harm.
If we do decide to permanently terminate your account. All memberships will be suspended, and you will no longer be changed for those services.
