You are allowed to occupy the room for a maximum of 15 minutes after your 90 minute session has ended. If you take longer then 15 mins to exit the room we have the right to charge you $35 for a additional float session slot since you are occupying the room beyond the allotted time.
How early can I arrive for my appintment?
We ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Can I float if I just got a tattoo?
If you just got a tattoo please don’t float until it is completely healed. We recommend 6 weeks minimum before you float. Can’t wait to see your new ink!
Can I bring a Friend with me to float at the same time?
If you have the Unlimited Monthly Float Membership you can book additional rooms with our book a buddy system. This allows you to pay a discounted rate for your friends and family to enjoy float therapy together.
Is there a minimum monthly commitment for your recurring memberships?
There is a two-month minimum commitment when memberships are activated. You may not cancel before the end of two month period. After the two months, you may pause or cancel your membership.
